Suspend my service unfairly

On the 2nd in the morning received a call from autopage wanting payment. i have no debit order as my salary is not always paid in the same day. my history is that i have paid autopage in the past between the 3rd and the 7th with no problem or suspension pending. i told the woman on the phone that i will pay by friday the 5th. she said that my service will be suspended. on the 3rd in the morning they suspended my account. my salary came in a bit later and i paid my cellphone account. obviously, if your service is suspended they say contact your service provider, how you are supposed to is another irony. anyway, i emailed proof of payment and faxed it through my bank, but had no response the whole day its now the next day and still no response. my complaint is that they just decide at the flick of a switch to inconvenience a customer and want reconnection fees all adding to the cost, and then they do not reconnect asap. they also dont look at ones history as a customer, just treat everyone the same as if we are all bad-payers and high risks which must be punished. i will definitely not renew my contract with this company in due course. they are all talk and no action
