THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT I AM MAKING THIS COMPLAINT.

ON THE 2ND OF FEBRUARY I MADE A PAYMENT OF 840 TO ETA. ON THE 15TH OF FEBRUARY O RECEIVED A DEBIT ORDER NOTIFICATION OF THAT AMOUNT PLUS FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
SINCE I HAD ALREAD PAID MY ACCOUNT, I DID NOT ACT ON THE NOTIFICATION.
ON THE 25TH OF FEBRUARY THE SAME NOTIFICATION CAME BACK WITH THE SAME AMOUNT, THE ONE I HAD PAID THE ONE THAT WAS DUE FIGURE WAS 1964.00.
A DAY LATER, I GOT ANOTHER NOTIFICATION OF A CORRECT AMOUNT THAT WAS GOING TO BE DEDUCTED OF 1124.00.
WHEN I QUERIED THIS THROUGH HELLO PETER, THE 2ND NOTIFICATION WAS CANCELLED BUT THE FIRST ONE, WAS NOT CANCELLED AND GIVEN MODIBA INFORMED ME THAT I WAS GOING TO REFUND IN 10DAYS TIME.
I DID SEND GIVEN MODIBA PROOF OF PAYMENT.
TODAY ON THE 4TH OF MARCH I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION AGAIN TELLING ME THAT MY SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED!!!
NOT ONLY HAS MY ACCOUNT BE SUSPENDED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.
I HAVE RESEND MY STATEMENT AGAIN TO PROOF THAT THE STOP ORDER WENT THROUGH, CAN SOMEBODY HELP!!! I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE 1ST OF AUGUST 2013 WHEN MY CONTRACT COMES TO AN END.
