I upgraded my contract and added a new contract. Handsets were delivered with incorrect simcards. Spoke to 7 deifferent consultants only to be told differnet things by each one. Was promised by a team leader to have problem fixed the next day. I am billed for a contract whereby i have a cellphone with no simcard. Now im told i must wait another 7 days for delivery.
