I have multiple contracts with you and I am becoming irate at your pathetic level of service.
The 2 contracts which are of concerning is an Iphone contract where I specifically added an extra gig of data to.
Today I receive an sms saying that my price plan includes on 500Mb of data and I have used 1687MB for January, doesn't make sense
Secondly my data contract which I stipulated must be on My 3 Gig advanced... was automatically migrated to a top-up package... under WHO's authorization... NOT MINE... The call centre agent checks history and says it has always been on My 3 gig advanced but switched to topup... to rectify you say wait 1 month... unacceptable.
Then the same 3gig Adv contract you supply the new 4G LTE wireless router... I request a static IP... till today no feedback... as it is really slowing my deliverables down when connecting to client VPN's as it continuously drops the connection

While you get paid promptly - I fee this is totally unacceptable...

Should I just pay up all my contracts - 5 in total and move to another Network...
or not pay and you collect the equipment
