Reversal of incorrect payment

I made an incorrect payment via Standard Bank internet banking to Nashua Limited instead of Nashua Mobile on the 25/08/2013 for R399 and the 26/09/2013 for R490, i only realized when i received my statement for October and seen that they havent received my payments, i contacted standard bank who confirmed that the two payments were successful however it was paid to Nashua Limited instead of Nashua Mobile, i then contacted Nashua Limited and spoke to Toni Boloyi on the 08/10/2013 who asked
me to forward him Proof of payment i forwarded him the proof of payment but he escalated the matter to Natasha Rebelo, i kept sending emails to Toni but he doesnt have feedback for me and keeps just escalating the matter to Natasha Rebelo, my credit record is being affected negatively and all i want is a reversal if not to me directly to Nashua Mobile

this matter is on going since the 08/10/2013 and in the mean time my credit record is being affected
