Taking money from my account without authorisation

A Vusi called me requiring my info and whether I meet their criteria. After taking down all my detail he said I was a candidate. Needless to say that was the last. Without authorising anything two debit orders went off from my account. No system, nothing. I have been struggling to get my R1254.00 back but without success. I want my money and no one do something. I am sick to my stomach. Please help me, I beg you.
