The after service of Samsung is pathetic!!

We bought a Samsung TV LED 46" Dec 2012. We experienced problems with internet connection after 2 to 3 months and Samsung replaced the TV with a new TV. We purchased the new Evolution Kit December 2013 to enable us to update the TV. December 2013 we experienced problems with the internet connection AGAIN as well as the TV kept on resetting itself. We reported the problem but had to report it again January 2014. The service agents of Samsung collected the TV on 20/1/2014 to be repaired. I experienced problems with the Service Agents and asked for help from Samsung. Call Centre at Samsung just passes the problem to another department and is really not of any help whatsoever. There is NO direct contact number on the website of Samsung and therefor, you always talk to somebody in the Call Centre, and every time you talk to somebody else and have to explain the same problem over and over again.
We've requested a SERVICE EXCHANGE but was told that it is not possible at this stage. We have to see 1st if we still experience problems with the TV after which they will request a report from the service agents before any decision can be made regarding the service exchange.
