I have been struggling for 4 weeks now with Home choice regarding a purchase that was returned 4 week ago, LeeAnn first assisted and she did not suspend the debit order, the I spoke to Crystal and she promised me that the Hydra home System will not be debited form my account that was on the 27th of May 2013, on the 28th of May the debit order went though, I'm fed up with the unfriendly call centre agents, they put me on hold and no one spoke to me both of the times, I again giving the REF number that is on my account next to the Hydra home System and the guy tells me that there is no such number maybe it is an order number, he repeated everything in question that I told him and it felt like I was under questioning for laying to him cause clearly he does not believe me and what happens the guy puts me on hold again, no one can help me and no one seems to be taking this matter seriously now there is no word on when my money will be refunded and I dont get any response back, I got an call from Thanduxolo Shweni saying that I will get an refund and they will phone me, normally call centre agents can give a customer an answer with something like 4 to 7 working days it has been 12 days.
