I terminated my contract at Nashua Mobile middle February since it was due for an upgrade or termination. There after i immediately applied for a new contract at the same branch, keeping in mind that the old one will be terminated immediately. However this never happened, it is 5 months now and after several visits to resolve the problem, i am still paying for the terminated contract, 5 months now. I already filled out 3 termination letters, however nothing was done to solve the matter. Everytime i went back to nashua mobile they ensured me that it will be sorted out and i can expect my refund soon. This never happened, and it is the 5th month already. How long does it take to terminate a contract which was long due for an upgrade or termination???

I asked several times for feedback regarding this matter, but didnt hear anything from Nashua. Client service very bad!!!
