Contract or "-tract"?

Good Day

A 3 month old battle. I have 2 contracts with Nashua that expired in Oct 2013. 083 45 was suspended by myself, to be terminated. I was told by the call center to buy a SIM from a Nashua store, to at least get my accumulated airtime back. The shop said, it can't be done. I ended up loosing R1200 worth of airtime.

No one mentioned completion of termination form. Only after the contract has gone to a month to month basis and after my enquiry, a call center offered send the form. They said that its not my fault and I should complete it for termination with immediate effect on that day. I ended up paying for the contract that's still not terminated.

I upgraded 083 47 upon verbal agreement. My package and signed contract didn't say the same thing.

I spent the last 2 months and hundreds in airtime trying to sort this out at my own expense and yet its not sorted. I've asked for a manager of some kind, but to date I've not spoken to one. Promises of calling me back ends with me having call them after days of waiting. Now they are threatening me with over R9000 in termination fee. Yesterday I sent them the termination form for my upgraded "-tract".
