VODACOM INSURANCE IS RIPPING OFF ITS CLIENTS

Hi Vodacom

I am Jabulani Chocho my number is 076 762 3391. I currently lost my phone (BB Q10) and had a claim go through for it. I was under the impression that my cover was for 7K which was always state on my invoices that I received monthly. Only to find out that is not the case. It seems like I am covered for the current value of the item. And that does not make any sense.

Please explain to me how is that possible? Cause if the value of my phone decrease then the money I should pay towards the insurance should also decrease. Other service providers the handset is still around 7k yet you are paying me out for 5k??? question comes to are you really selling blackberry or from another supplier that is not approved to cut costs??

Current situation that im in I will claim the phone and pay the rest of the months left. I am not happy with the service that I have received during the peroid I have had the phone and wont be renewing my ciontract with you. And if asked by people if you the best network provider I think you know wjat I will say.
