No Service what so eve

For weeks now our line does not work. Phoning from a cell phone if you are on hold for an hour is outrages. We then left a SMS on that option. No response. Twice we saw repair men in our road and they said they would get on to it. Needless to say, nothing happened. Then I went to Telcom and was given a ref. number 654CWZ030214
I was told that the matter would be taken care of within 48 hours. That was five days ago.
I have a phone because I need it for work. If companies cannot get hold of me I loose work.
The service of Telkom is non existent. It is amazing how well they can do their jobs if you do not pay your bill though.
