Cell C
No signal

I have a samsung s4 on contract with cell c. I could not send or recieve any phone calls becuase of the signal problems. I purchased a i phone this week and even now i have no signal. I spoke to cell c a fev times and yet i am sitting with a contract that i cannot use.
