Customer Service going down the drain

Since WA launched their new look and feel website everything's gone down the drain.

I've recently moved to another town and desperately hoped I wouldn't have to spend more than a couple of clicks informing web africa/ telkom about the move and that the process needs to start. It took WA much too long to transfer my line over to telkom so that they can do the line migrate. I've been billed for and paid for Feb even though I can't use the service until telkom have done their thing. That's a story for another day. I've tried to contact WA's customer service with no luck to ask why their site still insists that I owe them R700 after I paid them a week ago. I cannot create a new support ticket for it because their site refuses to do anything except log you out every time you look at it. I resorted to replying by email on a previous ticket and got a response only half-answering me. I just want some decent feedback on my questions for a service I pay for. Last year I was blown away by their brilliant service and even recommended them to friends. I tried to cancel my service with them but its going to cost me an arm an a leg to get away. So I'm stuck with them.
