On Friday the 24 January 2014 I contacted the Telkom call centre to inform them that our internet was down. They apparently lodge the call & told us they would send someone out. Every single day we have contacted them as our internet was not yet repaired. It is now been 2 weeks & still nothing has been done to restore our internet. I contacted the call center this morning & spoke to Steven who informed me that it was on their list for today, this was not done I then contacted the called centre again & spoke to Valentina who then called her supervisor Mbali to help me. Mbali promised me that she would look into the matter & she would personaly phone me back, well surprise surprise Mbali has not phoned me back. I am so sick & tired of calling the call center as you hold on for nearly an hour & you still do not get service. As for Mbali the so called supervisor I stongly suggest you step down from your position as it is clear you are unable to perform the duties of a supervisor or even keep your promise to call back. It is clear Telkom does not offer service to the public but are very quick at taking their montly fees.
