My dstv was working just fine, as per normal this morning. For some strange reason, i lost signal and boom no picture. I then decided to do the logical thing to phone into the call centre. At first i got through to a proffesional and helpul Tshepo who guided me through the neccesary steps to get my connection/ signal back. Whilst chatting to Tshepo the phone got cut off, i then phoned again into the call centre. This time getting through to an impacient, unprofessional and extremely rood Mbali. I explained to Mbali that my Picture has disappeared, and i just spoke to Tshepo, but the line cut and i still have no picture. Mbali was quick to suggest that my Decoder must be taken in to get checked. in the meantime some channels play but others don't. This complain is for BOTH BAD SERVICE FROM MBALI AND MULTICHOICE COMBINED. I phoned back again to multichoice, i"m still sitting with a few channels from a full Boquet. i can't my favourite channel because after speaking to 3 consultants no one can explain why i don't have access to all my channels. i"m unhappy coc i cant watch my favourate channels

unacceptable service from a consultant and the company Multichoice.
