Causing Havoc in Rush Hour Traffic

I have one question for Neotel: Do you think it is a good idea to close of a lane of one of the main arteries out of Centurion during rush hour traffic? How would you like to compensate all of the people who were late due to your idiotic idea to dig up a road at a busy intersection when people are trying to get home after a long day's work. Companies, Roads Agencies and Authorities just don't give a rat's over who they inconvenience, which is WHY service delivery, roads and infrastructure (to name but a few) are in the state they are in in this country. Perhaps better planning on your part should be considered. Our roads are in a bad enough state. We should not have to contend with companies like yourselves wreaking havoc in traffic due to bad planning.
