I spoke to a lady at your call centre who only identified herself as BK. My 1 contract expired on 14Nov13 and I'm still being charged for it. When I spoke to BK, she mentioned it was because I did not cancel the contract and therefore it was automatically renewed because you assume that I'm happy with the service. Now please tell me where in you T&C's it states that I should cancel when the subscription lapses. Please also advice why would I need to cancel when I sign a 24 month contract which is only valid for that specific period and becomes null and void when the time period has lapsed. Then surely I have no need to sign another contract when I upgrade? Furthermore, BK then stated that my contract only expires in Feb14 as I was allowed an early upgrade. This is a blatant as I was only allowed to upgrade 7 days prior and not two months as she stated, also I'm being charged less in Dec & Jan and I want to know why.

My other contract has now also leap frogged from R135 to R199. The contracts were supposed to be sent to me and to date I'm still waiting. I want all my monies refunded to me and and I want to see the contracts. U're driving yr customers away. More fool you
