I upgraded my contract from a blackberry to a smartplan 100. I was told the monthly charges would be this amount. Now 3 months later I am still paying for BIS. Ceasars response is, I should have requested them to cancel BIS. It is not cancelled with the contract. No one informed me of this so, for 3 months I have been paying for something that I understood was part of a contract that has been cancelled. Make sure you check your account. If you do not specify what has to be cancelled, the contract and the BIS, you continue to pay. Very clever way to make extra money 8ta!!!
