Cell C declining application because of new jo

I applied for a new Cell C contract this week and submitted all the correct documentation only to be contacted by the salesperson and told that my application has been declined because I only started with my current employer this week. I have been employed previously by one employer for 3.5 years and am being penalised for starting a new job. This is ridiculous!! I could have applied for the contract last week when I was still employed by my previous employer and would have been accepted. Please sort out today or I will be staying with Vodacom.
