Manager says that they cannot help me with a Loan

I applied for personal finance and was declined. I queried with Vuyo (branch manager @ Amalinda branch) as to why I was declined. She told me that they cannot find my employer on CIPRO (a site for CC's and (Pty) Ltd's. I told her that my employer is a Sole Proprietor and that is why they could not find my employer on that site. She rattled on in attitude, telling me that she can't help me as if my employer goes insolvent, he is going to be liable for the finance and all the business assets is wrapped up in his name (which makes no sense) as I applied for a personal loan. Then she says that they only finance CC's and (Pty) Ltd's and said "sorry, we can't help you".

I don't think that she understands, that I am the one wanting finance.

Can someone that can understand that I am the one wanting finance and not my employer, please contact me and resolve this issue as I need financing urgently.
