Worst service ever received from MTN

One thing I can say about MTN staff in Alberton work is all about earing a salary and to with the rest. They don't have any drive for their Jobs I suggest they start looking for other Jobs or go to MTN The Glen and see what is service all about. On Tuesday 04/02/2014 I went to MTN Alberton after waiting for a whole 45minutes to be helped actually before I got helped by the consultant he was pushing for time you could have seen that the lady next to me even fell as sleep of waiting. Eventuality got to him he asked what the problem was without even greeting properly, then he says to me sorry I cannot help you I'm going to give you a number to call and they will sort out the phone for you, I responded I called MTN and they told me to take the phone to any MTN store as it cannot be fixed telephonically. Then he says to me you will have to bring in the proof of purchase, I tried explaining that this is a contract phone surely you can pick it up on your system he refused to to anything and just gave me attitude. I THOUGHT MTN WAS MTN CAUSE CLEARLY THAT IS HOW SOME STAFF LOOKS @ IT. I must say MTN Alberton delivers the worst service.
