Alexander Forbes Financial Services
No Pension and No Services

When I left the previous company that I worked for I applied for my pension to be paid out from Alexander Forbes as I have previously had an issue with them. I applied at the end of February and was told that it would take 6 weeks to be paid out.

I have phoned them on numerous occasions and always get the same pathetic answer that they had just that day received final from my previous employer. The latest excuse is that the forms were not fully completed on line and had been sent back to my previous employer. I contacted my previous employer who denied any knowledge of this allegation.

What can or must I do?
