I have a contract with Vodacom for - 5months now. At first my sim card did not work for 3 days, saying not registered to a network and from the very start my phone (a brand new S4 Mini) was giving a bit of problems but a month ago it didn't want to work at all. Have repaired it twice at Samsung, still not fixed. The day I got it back, it stopped working again. Now I want to claim from my insurance through Vodacom, just to find out the wrong phone has been insured (Blackberry 9900) which I have never owned. It is insured for less than what the S4 mini's actual market value was then, so now I have to pay in as well. So fed up. You expect quality for a contract of R600/R700 a month.
