Samsung Galaxy S2 fixed and broken again

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2, which is still currently under contract with Vodacom. The phone was recently taken to Vodacare ion somerset west because of numerous issues I had with the phone. I was told that I had to pay to fix the phone. After many back and forths the phone was fixed. It has worked fine then the phone just switched off. It wont charge it wont switch on at all. Now this is the second time I am emailing vodacom regarding this phone. I refuse to be told again that I have to fix the phone again and that I have to pay to have the phone fixed again! This is totally unnacceptable... for a - R7000 phone. How many times does this device need to fixed? until vodacom realises that is something seriously wrong with it? Apparently the technicians at Vodacare are useless, because the phone is broken again. I work in an environment where i use my smartphone extensively, and now what do i do vodacom??? I want this matter to be resolved immediately and i want a satisfactory resolution not one that suits Vodacom rather one that suits me. I pay R600 a month for this contract and now the phone does not even work!!! I expect a speedy response.
