Network problems

I have a blackberry curve and it was working fine until an 3 HOURS ago ive tried everything and now in complaining

I do work on my phone via bbm and the internet on it I am a contract customer and yet i cant bbm or get my internet to work... If i dont get this fixed by the vodacom people im really going to cancel my contract with them

if the network isnt slow it doesnt work im tired of having to phone and get it repaired for things that i pay fo
