I took a contract for voice and adsl and I now battling to get the adsl sorted, it is now into the 3rd week. each time I call after long wait, I am to, will escalate the call, technician will call, supervisor will call, etc. clearly this is a breach of contract and I end up having to pay a lot more in data charges because their stupid adsl is not working.
please cancel this contract as it clear you are breaching it. I can then take my business elsewhere.
