Thank you for your absolutely amazing roadside assistance.

My car broke down just before rush hour traffic in the middle of Randburg, with both of my kids in the car.
I was in a total state and did not have any idea what to do, especially as I am living on a serious January post-christmas budget and I was blocking traffic.

I had not even realised that I was covered for towing in the case of a break down.

When I called Lizaan she was friendly, efficient and immediately put me at ease, she dispatched a tow truck from a very close location and he arrived within 10 minuted IN SPITE of the traffic jam my break down was causing. He arranged to tow my vehicle to my mechanic in centurion and I was able to get a lift straight home with my husband. The kids didn't even realise what had happened.

What I anticipated would be one of the most stressful events I have ever lived through, instead was resolved in UNDER an hour.

You guys are total legends and I am constantly reminded of why I have decided to insure with you.
