They keep you waiting for 4 days before they deliver a phone when you order a phone online. When you finally get it, activating it and keeping your number is harder than delivering the the phone itself. I cannot believe there are times where the 24 hrs service slogan is not applicable. Talk about false advertising. I was on the phone with Helen for over 25 min and the so called supervisor Philani for 10 min and they both failed me. I'm a very frustrated customer. Hope they will change the way they structure their departments. The supervisor whose name is Phalani Ndwandwe must be schooling the call centre agents like Helen Magagula to treat paying customer for the so called service to disrespect customers. I wish call centre people would just be emphatic instead of counting the hours they work. I pay for them to service me. I am tired, frustrated and very agitated by the waiting and excuses that I keep getting when all I need is to be serviced. Somebody, anybody, please intervene. Bad attitude towards customers is not on!!! I demand an apology from Helen!!!
