Okay so we were promised a rapid bus transport system. In Sep 2013 it opens on Blaauwberg Road - and since then these roads users wait forever, but the side roads empting into this road have the motorists block Blaauwberg road. It seems like the person who set the robot has either never driven a car or cannot be bothered TO GO AND VISIT THE ROADS DURING PEAK HOURS. WHAT A DISASTER AND NO WONDER PEOPLE FROM THIS AREA ALWAYS LOOK HAGGARD AND PUSHED TO THE LIMIT. PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION ITS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS AND ITS A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN. Mayor and Premier you should be ashamed if both of you have never been to this area at 06h15 - as this is when the peak traffic starts in the morning.

I believe you do not response - but if this is the rare case when there is a response, reply only by e-mail and not cellphone. I am always stuck in traffic and cannot answer my phone.
