Order Not Followed Through

I went to the Vodacom website and ordered the Vodafone K4305 USB Modem On MyGig 2 Standard contract and the website said that I will be contacted within 2 working days. It has now been almost a full week as I made this order on the 31 January 2013 and until now, no one has come back to me. I have tried calling the Sales department on the number found on the website 082 1950 and was on hold for 15min until with no luck. PLEASE HELP!!!
