Still having the same problem

On the 20 Jan 14 Vodacom compensated me with 500mb for the 345mb lost.. Still same problem. 145.b just dissappeared from one bal to the next. Excessive usage 36mb for 1 email. Fed up and we have to remonstrate to what further frustration.

So disgusted with these service providers
