Vodacom Online Data 700MB?

I ordered Samsung S4 special from Vodacom Online and the special stated that i get
200MB plus an additional 500MB equaling 700MB...

Every month i am only receiving the 200MB and I then have to email/twitter/facebook a complaint to get my 500MB and Vodacom Online promise me they have fixed the problem.

I an NOT doing this every month for 2 years..
I would rather CANCEL this contract and move my business else where!!!
