Replacement of my phone

My s4 had internet problems and could not download applications. I was advised to take it back for a replacement, I did (on the 25th) they said I would get feedback by the 30th and would possibly have my new phone on th 30th but I never did, having taken the numbers of the consultant who was helpin, I tried to call but I would not get through to him eachtime I called, only got hold of him this monday and he advised they need my lock pattern to take it to their repairs centre, so if I had not called I still wouldn't know they needed that from me? And I still can't get hold of anyone regarding the replacement of my phone! Even today I tried to call him (tlale) with no luck of response, which got me question, why was I given the numbers if they would never be answered? And Can he survive 2 weeks without his phone? I don't think so!! I cannot stand for such service if I'm still paying for it! I want my phone replaced by end of this week or if they cannot do that, they would rather cancell the contract with immediate effect and refund me the money I paid since I took that contract in November!!! If they cannot offer me the service I want, I will go to another provider.
