I APPLIED TO TRANSFER A LINE ON THE 25/01/2014 EFFECTIVE ON THE 1/02/2014. I WENT TO THE STORE ON THE 4/02/2014 TO INQUIRE WHY THIS WAS NOT DONE. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A BACKLOG AND THE LADY WHO ATTENDED TO THIS WAS NOT IN AND WAS ASSURED THAT THIS WILL BE SORTED OUT ON THE 5/02/2014 BEFORE THE STORE OPENS. MY WIFE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO PHONE AND FINALLY GOT THROUGH WAS TOLD THAT THE MATTER WILL BE ATTENDED TO. AS OF NOW THIS MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
