Good day

This is my 2nd complaint agaist Cell C on this platform for the same thing. I took a contract (i was called by CellC), and took 2 lines on that contract. I dont know why I get billed serparate for this two lines. I did advise them that I get paid on the 20th of each month but they keep on debiting me on the last day of the month. My bank is always charging me for unpaid items in my cheque account.

My 1st line : 0842171619 - was fixed
My 2nd line : 0843865228 - still not fixed

I sent emails to customer care in December and again on Monday but still nothing is happening. I've never got joy on this contract as everything seems to be wrong.

I need my 2nd line to be opened today, and to be debited on the 20th of each month.

This thing of them debiting me on the wrong day is affecting my ITC record and also I have to R110 for unpaid debit orders. I need this to be fixed and CellC to pay for their mistakes (all returned debit orders).

I am sick and tired of complaining about 1 thing for ever. This is not how they should treat loyal customers. I was speaking to a lady just now from the accounts department not sure if she hung up on me :(
