Vodacom me on Big Bonus n 2 Gig Promotions

I bought vodacom big bonus last year Jan 2012 which I paid R689. They promised 12 months R75 installments and subscription to bigbonus call discounts. None of that happened but my money was taken! They refuse to refund it all as airtime. As I speak, I have to call vodacom every month since March 2013 to get the R75. Even now I'm not on bigbonus and they cant help me. I'm even scared to load airtime. I'm subscribed to 4U. The call center is HORRIBLE!! I also bought 12 months 2gig promotional bundles in December 2012 for R1500. I only received one when I bought it. Since February 2013, I haven't received any bundles as per promise. When I call they tell me I'm receiving the bundles. When I ask them how much I'm left with they say nothing. They say I use 2gigs in one day!! My, this is soo insane. Why is vodacom cheating its own trusted customers??? I urge everyone to stay away from these promotions, they are bogus!!!
