I am so tired of having to use this medium to get my problems resolved. Sidefree called and said that my credits would be processed and opened my line, and the very next day it was blocked again. I am unaware of what is owing or not, as I have not received an invoice and am once again without a line. I do not know what more to do to get this resolved.
You get a call and are told that your problems have been addressed and all is well, and the next day the nightmare starts again, and nobody is able to assist when you call in and even though you leave countless messages, nobody responds. I am desperate to get this sorted.
