Pathetic Talkom Service... Again

Since January the 7th 2014 my adsl line has been dropping speed, currently sitting at 0.4mb instead of 4mb.
I have logged calls, I have complained to the isp, they even contacted telkom and logged a fault with them, but nothing is happening, Its now been more than a month and I am still sitting with this problem, with no solution in sight. This is affecting my work as I often have work to do when I get home in the evenings.

I pay for this every month yet, I have no use for it. I think its time to stop paying and getting my attorney involved.

Utterly pathetic!!
