ACCOUNT SUSPENDED EVERY MONTH

On 2/08/2013 Paid R470.00 - 31/08/2013 paid R690.00! 05/09/2013 received an sms my account is still in arrears and is suspsended. Phoned customer services logded a query (3090502654) because according to them i owe R70 in returned debit order for two months ago after i'm making eft payments for the past 5 months now with no problems. I called Sidefree Valoyi from the escalations department also which was on leave.8/09/2013 i sent an message to Sidefree to tell him my line is still off. Phoned him and he told me it will be reactivated within 20 minutes. Well today still of i reminded Sidefree again and his reply: check it after 1 hour and your number is active. That was 12:09and it is 14:32 still off! Now thats what i call service deliviry for being up to date on my accounts. I'm waiting an hour now from submitting this report then i will go further with this!
