Pathetic service from Cell C

I have received the most pathetic service from Cell C. I did a contract upgrade and suppose to get a micro sim card. I received my phone without a sim. When i call the call centre I was advise that my sim card is going to take 7days to be delivered to me. I called the call centre again on Tuesday to find out what can I do to get a sim. I was advise that I need to get a sim card to do a sim swap. I got the sim and since Tuesday I have been struggling to get help. I just spoke to a team leader that can't give a person proper service. Is it so hard to ask for a little service people. What must I do to get help?...I hope my complaint is not ignored like my cry for help from Cell c
