DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE LEVELS AT CELL C

I have applied for a cell c sim contract and I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my sim card first they delivered a normal sim card after I had requested a micro sim and I called cell c to let them know they need to stop the port till they deliver the sim card but nobody bothered to do that now the port was done and am sitting with a sim card I cant use that means I cant receive or make calls literally my life has just stopped (WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE). I regret taking up the contract cause now am stuck with a sim card that I can't use and they have done the number port and when you call the call centre you can't get help because the agent will tell you they can't assist because they work in a different division am just a customer I don't care which division you work to me when I call cell c I expect help that's all. I am so disappointed with cell c while you are at it cancel my contract I don't want it anymore am disgusted with your service and am not surprised your business is going down and if FNB really intends on saving cell c they just waiting their time and money
