Line cancellation request ignored over 2 Months

Good day,

Please assist as I have emailed and called the call centre several times to request cancellation of my telkom ADSL line since the beginning of December 2013. I have followed up with face to face interaction at the telkom shop in West Gate and Mall@Reds. Nothing has been done to date to cancel the line. I have moved from the address and had an extra month's bill to pay due to this. Its very inconvenient because there is no answer at the call centre for cancellations and I'm told my account is still active today.

Please correct this as a matter of urgency as I cannot pay another bill for an unused service.
