DAMAGED PHONES

Hi, I have a 2 year contract with MTN, and all i had was nothing but disgraceful customer services. I had ongoing issues with my handsets, and the many times i had to take time out of my schedule to come and bring the phone to be repaired. This happend about 4-5 times I had to bring my phone in to be fixed and all the times i did i got refurbished phones and they all had faults. if the screen did not go blank, I could not take pictures, i could not do videos, the scroll button did not work and my phone switches off by itself and the phone got warm.it started to become so a pattern for me to go the mtn to complain they knew me by name, and asked is it me again, its kind of embarrassing. Can you please help either cancel the contract or give me a new phone please, as all these refurbish phones gives me more issues than anything. NEED HELP URGENTLY OR A SOLUTION!!!
