Do not waste you time visiting the Mweb store in Eastgate shopping Mall, the staff are not interested in assisting anyone they refer you to the help line 087 700 5000, then when you call the help line they refer you back to the store, for sake a company the size of Mweb must surely have the resources to train their staff in a bit of customer relations, If a customer has taken the time to come into your store, then surely it is common courtesy to attend to them and not take calls or eat you breakfast while you are attending to that customer, PLEASE MWEB GET PROFESSIONAL in your business dealings and catch a wakeup.
