This is now the second time that we are reporting Mweb for lack of service. They have been a complete inconvenience, rude, clueless bunch of monkeys who clearly don't know their own product. After trying and trying for over a month to get our ADSL line to work with promises that it will all be fixed, it only took three days for them to then cancel the MWEB subscription and practically hijack our ADSL line. We now have to wait 14 working days before any other ISP can apply for the line. Thanks MWEB!! my new years resolution is that you catch herpes and fall gravely ill, so much so that you would need to close your doors and let other more competent ISP's take the lead. On a lighter note there was one individual that tried and partly accomplished to get us back on line, and did so, for a total of three days before some stupid fu$#ing employee cancelled our MWEB subscription. Thanks for trying Wade :) Well thats me all ranted out. Peace MWEB! may you never see me or any other person I will be convincing not to do business with you.
