MWEB - a little useless

I decided to pay MWEB a monthly fee because i thought their customer service would be great and that they had been in the game for a while so they should know what they are doing... I got that wrong.

Firstly, i tried to open an account/buy a product through their online forms... I found out during this whole process that this had failed and someone had to capture it manually.

Then after receiving sms's to tell me that my line is ready and i need to call into mweb and the technical department will setup my connection I found out that my line is NOT ready. Multiple phone calls, made by me, at my expense, one of which was over an hour on my cellphone, led to no satisfaction. It took mweb just short of a month to sort out my line. And through out this time it was me calling in so all at my own expense.

Now i receive a bill from Mweb, and guess what, its wrong... No surprise though. So once again i had to call in, at my own expense to sort this out.

Could someone from mweb please tell me why i should stay with you. I have received no form of compensation to try and retain me as a customer.
