Mweb Mail relay server been blacklisted

This morning i got a message that our mail is being blocked because of our I.P address 196.28.80.28 has been blacklisted.
Fist of all, this I.P address does not belong to be, it belong to [URL Removed]

So i called the call centre. i explained to the agent that the I.P address 196.28.80.28 has been blacklisted. i also told him that this i.p address belong to mweb not to myself.
so the agent told me that he cannot see the connection, and that i need to reboot my router

WHAT CONNECTION? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SEE? PLEASE HOLD, AND I AM ON HOLD AGAIN. --GONE.

HERE IS A VERY SIMPLE QUESTION FOR MWEB MANAGEMENT. HOW THE DO YOU EMPLOY THESE KIND OF STAFF THAT DOES NOT KNOW JACK FROM I.T

Blacklisting is very simple, your I.P address of your mail relay server has been blaclisted by [URL Removed]

It has nothing to do with the customer or his connection, Mweb intercept all the outgoing emails.
This is the 3rd time that we have this kind of problems with mweb, and every time it ends up me being very frustrated because the front line staff are absolutely incompetent

Call centre agents that dont know what Blacklisting means, WOW, NICE Mweb!!!
