Mweb
Worst company eve

I have recently upgraded my account with mweb to a 2meg line, and for the past 2 months, I have just had THE WORST internet imaginable. Constant ping issues and latency, and the packet loss is just amazing. Everytime I call them, they just keep telling me the same thing, "Your line is fine sir, there is nothing we can do about it". Then i get redirected to Telkom, and they send techies out and all is fine on my line, thus, I am referred back to Mweb. They never even try and help, they just keep on telling me the fault with Telkom, over and over again. Every time I call they just immediately refer me to Telkom instead of actually trying to see on their systems what the fault is.

So for anyone out there who was thinking of moving to Mweb.
