Won't accept their mistake, blames customer instead

I must say I'm really perplexed with the "customer service" at Nashua Mobile. Call Centre agents right up to the big guys wreak with incompetency, lack of sympathy for the customer and definitely no consideration whatsoever. They expect the customer to pay for their mistakes and incompetency. I will continue to post a report every single day that I am, forcefully and not by choice, a Nashua Mobile customer. I am unhappy with this company and their refusal to migrate me to prepaid when I have already paid for the migration makes them a digusting bully. For every day that they take my money, I will complain that they are a bad company. I am not prepared to pay extra money I don't have for a migration to prepaid that their consultants ensured me will happen. This is a bad company. Superiors protect their incompetent staff. I will keep complaining every single day until my contract is terminated because every day I remain a FORCED customer of this company it makes me an even unhappier customer. You should all take a course in customer service!!
